A Weekend at Inner West Art Fair 2026
Share
Taking part in Inner West Art Fair 2026 was a special experience for me. I shared Studio 15 with my sister, Anjana Rai, and we were excited to bring our paintings together in one space.
Sharing our work at Studio 15

Preparing for the fair took a lot of planning, from choosing the paintings to arranging them across the walls. Seeing the finished display come together was a lovely moment. The colours, textures and different landscapes filled the space with the feelings and places that inspire our work.
It was also meaningful to share the experience with Anjana. Although we each have our own artistic style, we both bring a personal connection to the work we create.
Meeting visitors and fellow artists

During the fair, I enjoyed meeting visitors, talking about our paintings and hearing what people noticed in them. Every person sees something a little different, and I love that a painting can bring back a memory or feeling of its own.
Being part of the event also gave me the chance to connect with other artists and experience the energy of a busy art fair. I’m grateful to everyone who stopped by Studio 15 and spent time with our work.
A few moments from the fair

These photos capture some of the paintings on display and a few moments from the event. Thank you for being part of this milestone with me.
